To enquire about a psychological assessment of your child with Dr Sharon Ladak simply fill out this form.

This option is if you, as a parent/carer have concerns within a particular area, and an assessment of this would add to your understandings, and to those already working with your child. 

It may involve an observation of your child within their educational setting, or at home. 

It will involve a one-to-one session with your child where I use specific psychological assessment tools and materials. 

You will also be provided with a psychological written summary with clearly defined recommendations.  

£350.00 - £700.00

If you require a full cognitive assessment for your child, alongside a detailed report this is also available.

To enquire about working with Dr Sharon Ladak and your child for psychological therapy and intervention, simply fill out this form.

This involves me meeting with you parent, carer for the first session where we will explore what your concerns are, and take time to explore the details that are contributing towards the concerns. 

We will then agree a set number of sessions where I will meet with your child and work with them therapeutically and confidentially to explore the areas identified.  The type of approach used will depend on what the concerns are and what the child's strengths are.

I will then meet again with you for an intervention planning session so that you can explore the changes necessary so that your child can continue to make gains.

This option is if you are a setting/school/LA and you require an Educational Psychologist to undertake assessments or consultation to contribute towards a plan-do-review cycle of intervention and support. 

I offer consultation with staff, parents/carers, agencies, and with the child/young person. 

I also offer direct observation and assessment, depending on need, and will supply an in-depth written report.

I am not currently offering this service. When this changes I will update you.

I can support with tribunal processes, including providing evidence to the tribunal via a written report, and attendance at tribunals to provide evidence if necessary.
